Michele Murphy

Dr Michele Murphy

BA (Hons), M App Psych, D Psych, Dip Clin Hyp, MAPS

Michele has worked as a clinical psychologist for over thirty years and has had extensive experience working in the public and private sectors. Michele has been able to achieve an interesting variety in her psychological practice which includes: individual, couple and group therapy; educational seminars; teaching; organisational consulting; provision of employee assistance programs and professional supervision of Masters level psychology students. Michele has Board Approved Supervisor Status with the Australian Psychological Society. Michele has been a guest lecturer at the University of Adelaide and The University of South Australia.

Michele has co-authored a book on stress and anxiety management called “Release Your Worries: A Guide to Letting Go of Stress and Anxiety” and a relaxation CD called “Relax Your Worries.”

Michele works with adults and has a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and stress. Michele also enjoys working with people wishing to build stronger social connections, especially parents seeking closer relationships with their children.

Charlotte Marshall

Charlotte has worked as a clinical psychologist in both the public and private sectors for nearly 20 years. This has included work at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital and the Adelaide North East Division of General Practice. Charlotte commenced private practice work in November 2006 with Dr Michele Murphy Psychology Services. Charlotte has a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and stress related issues and she has extensive experience working with adults.

Dr Margaret Prysak

Margaret Prysak

Margaret has extensive experience, spanning over 20 years, working with people from diverse communities (in schools and psychology/clinical settings). She has worked with children across a wide spectrum of psychological and educational needs. This educational work has inspired her interest in psychology, and the prevention and treatment of psychological challenges in children, adolescents and adults.  Since studying psychology at the University of Adelaide, Margaret has qualified for Clinical College Membership as a clinical psychologist. Margaret is bilingual and happy to assist both English and Polish speaking clients.
